Operator, Skilled Production (2nd Shift)

Operate skilled production on 2nd shift in a dairy manufacturing environment, including running the Protein Dryer, troubleshooting equipment, and performing tasks from GMPs, SOPs, and batch records. Conduct hourly checks of material flow and process instruments (temperature, pressure, indicators, meters) to ensure optimal processing conditions. Collect samples for analysis and verify qualities such as clarity, cleanliness, dryness, texture; manage CIP procedures by adjusting machine controls. Maintain organized records of operating results, document exact outcomes, and uphold sanitation and audit-ready standards. Communicate with evaporator operators and baggers, participate in safety and departmental meetings, and assist colleagues as needed. Required adaptability to perform additional duties; possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, ability to work both in a team and independently with good time management and organizational abilities; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in a Dairy Manufacturing Environment preferred.
