Job Summary
The Operator will safely transport and move construction equipment including cranes, forklifts, and earthmoving equipment, as well as maintain and clean such equipment. Responsibilities include setting pilings for dock supports, dredging, rigging, and troubleshooting crane issues. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Marine/Heavy Civil construction, be NCCCO Certified, and possess a valid TWIC Card. The role requires the ability to operate hydraulic and friction cranes, adhere to safety standards, and conduct pre-shift inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ of experience as an operator on Marine/Heavy Civil construction projects
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Availability and willingness to work weekends and night shifts per business needs
- Availability and willingness to work out of town and travel to project location
Desired Qualifications
- NCCCO Certified

- Proficiency in pre-shift inspections
- Industry level knowledge of safety and work site hazards
- Ability to operate both hydraulic and friction cranes
- Ability to operate cranes performing duty cycle work
