Job Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for providing products in the requested quantity, quality, and time limit as per the shift leader/team leader's orientation. Key responsibilities include realizing production rates, ensuring all production operations meet required quality standards while respecting performance constraints, adhering to safety rules, and maintaining cleanliness of the work environment. Essential skills include reading calculations, knowledge of materials and processes, and excellent communication abilities.
Required Qualifications
- Reading calculations and simple operations
- Knowledge of materials, products, equipment and associated processes
- Excellent knowledge of quality, safety, security and environment standards & procedures
- Communicates orally and / or in writing while passing instructions
