Operator - Rig

Job Summary
The Rig Operator is responsible for working the controls and equipment on a rig, supervising crew members, and maintaining productivity standards. Key responsibilities include promoting safety policies, operating rigs safely, performing inspections, troubleshooting maintenance issues, conducting daily inspections, and training new crew members. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of rig systems, and the ability to perform manual labor efficiently. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred along with substantial experience in the field.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years’ of experience working on a well servicing rig
- 2 years’ of experience as a relief operator
- Must be familiar with pump and tank operations
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license, CDL, or the ability to obtain one
- Competent communication, people, and leadership skills
- Ability to perform manual labor required to operate well servicing equipment
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Able to use the company’s HSE Management Platforms
Additional Requirements
