Job Summary
Monitor UPW and IWT systems including Reverse Osmosis, Ion Exchange, and filtration units to ensure optimal facility operations. Perform equipment rounds, respond to failures, and execute troubleshooting to root cause complex issues. Independently adjust processes, conduct ion exchange regenerations and RO cleans, and replace consumables like membranes and resins. Create and maintain operational SOPs and the certification system while mentoring junior technicians. Execute improvement projects outside normal duties and utilize SCADA systems for data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work for ANY employer in the United States
- Must pass drug screen and background check, as condition of employment
- This is a fulltime permanent position
- No per diem and no relocation funding
- NCCER Boilermaker certification
- Valid Driver's License
- TWIC Card
- 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience
- Must be able to lift >45 lbs
- Able to stand and/or walk for 10+ hrs daily
- Able to climb stairs
- Able to discern audible alarms
- Potential to work with materials which contain hazardous chemicals
- 2 years of college/technical school or equivalent related experience
- Experience with Siemens, FMCS and Honeywell SCADA systems
Desired Qualifications
- Semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing experience preferred
