Job Summary
Operate and monitor automated process development lines and downstream units to ensure error-free execution in required quality and quantity. Prepare and clean the extruder, center the extrudate, and perform necessary quality monitoring steps including QF values, density, and dimensions. Document results and actively contribute to continuous improvement through project and process tracking within the production system. Adhere to operational work and safety instructions. Requires a completed vocational training in plastic and rubber process technology, multiple years of experience in manufacturing, and willingness to work in a 3-shift system.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Verfahrensmechaniker für Kunststoff- und Kautschuktechnik (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der produzierenden Industrie in vergleichbaren Positionen
- gutes technisches Verständnis für verfahrenstechnische Abläufe
- Erfahrungen mit Produktionssystemen wie Lean oder Worldclass Manufacturing
- Lösungs-, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit und stetiger Lernbereitschaft
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Vertrauter Umgang mit Anwenderprogrammen zur Eingabe von Daten in MS-Excel, Warenwirtschaftssystemen (SAP) oder zum Umgang mit E-Mail-Programmen und dem Internet
- Bereitschaft zu Schichtarbeit und teilweise auch Wochenendarbeit mit Freizeitausgleich
- Vorbeugendes Gefahrenbewusstsein und Bereitschaft, ergonomisch bewusst zu handeln

- 37,5h/Woche
