Job Summary
Conduct Operator Qualification (OQ) evaluations in accordance with the company's OQ plan and regulatory requirements to verify employee qualifications. Coordinate with supervisors and employees regarding evaluations, complete records accurately and timely, and provide clear feedback. Perform re-qualifications when required by the OQ Plan and identify knowledge gaps. Maintain OQ evaluation sites with Operations Training and support continuous improvement of evaluation methods. Requires 4+ years of gas industry experience, valid driver's license, and up to 30% travel. Based in Doral, FL.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in the gas industry with a strong background in operations
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of gas operations, including construction, maintenance, and distribution system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products and OQ Platforms
- Ability to travel (up to 30%)
- Ability to work independently
