Job Summary
Conduct Operator Qualification (OQ) evaluations in accordance with the company's OQ plan and regulatory requirements to verify employee qualifications. Coordinate evaluations with supervisors and staff, perform re-qualifications when needed, and maintain accurate, timely evaluation records. Provide clear feedback to employees and management while identifying performance deficiencies and knowledge gaps. Demonstrate working knowledge of assigned tasks, procedures, and field practices. Support continuous improvement of the OQ program and maintain evaluation sites with Operations Training. Requires 4+ years in the gas industry, valid driver's license, and up to 30% travel from Dover, DE.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in the gas industry with a strong background in operations
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of gas operations, including construction, maintenance, and distribution system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products and OQ Platforms
- Ability to travel (up to 30%)
- Ability to work independently
