Job Summary
Conduct Operator Qualification (OQ) evaluations in accordance with the company's OQ plan and regulatory requirements to verify employee qualifications. Coordinate with supervisors and staff regarding evaluations, complete records accurately and timely, and provide constructive feedback. Perform re-qualifications when required, identify performance deficiencies, and maintain OQ evaluation sites with Operations Training. Demonstrate working knowledge of assigned tasks and support continuous improvement of the program. Requires 4+ years of gas industry experience, valid driver's license, and up to 30% travel from the Debary, FL base.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in the gas industry with a strong background in operations
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of gas operations, including construction, maintenance, and distribution system
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Products and OQ Platforms
- Ability to travel (up to 30%)
- Ability to work independently
