Job Summary
Operate and monitor production and filling machinery while adhering to GMP, EHS, and SHE regulations. Prepare, execute, and document filling processes according to production plans and quality requirements. Manage cleaning, sterilization, and material readiness for isolators and equipment. Conduct in-process controls, filter tests, and sampling for quality assurance. Perform microbiological and particle monitoring activities. Ensure complete and timely GMP documentation in batch records and logbooks. Support staff onboarding and actively promote safety and quality standards. Requires a technical or pharmaceutical background with 3–5 years of experience in a GMP environment, including shift work in a 3-shift and potential 4-shift model. Located in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit technischem, chemischem, medizinaltechnischem oder pharmazeutischem Hintergrund
- Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Pharmaindustrie oder in einem regulierten GMP-Umfeld, beispielsweise Medizintechnik oder Lebensmittelindustrie
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsanlagen und dokumentierten Arbeitsprozessen
- Verständnis für GMP-Anforderungen sowie hohe Qualitäts- und Compliance-Orientierung
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb sowie zur späteren Tätigkeit im 4-Schichtmodell (2/2/2)
- Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Produktionsumfeld
