Job Summary
Operator, Production role responsible for assembling components using torque tools, drills, taps and automated tools, while maintaining PPE and machine-guarding safety, following customer specifications and quality checks, documenting in SFCS, assisting colleagues to complete orders, achieving forklift certification, and maintaining 5S standards. Emphasis on continuous improvement through Kaizen events and a collaborative manufacturing environment. Overtime may be required; standing for 8+ hours and good attendance are expected.
