Operator, Production

Execute production operations per SOP and SOC while monitoring DCS/PLC alarms, responding to incidents, and managing bypass requests and LOTO procedures. Conduct daily line inspections to identify and eliminate safety risks, perform emergency stop/start actions, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations including dust control and wastewater management. Execute quality checks on raw material and packaging processes, collect samples for trend analysis, and intervene to prevent non-conforming products. Maintain equipment reliability through SQRE inspections, fault troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance tasks such as valve and pump operation. Participate in shift handovers, safety observations, and training sessions to uphold safety culture and continuous improvement goals.
