Operator Production 3rd Shift

Job Summary
Operate production tooling and equipment to achieve production and quality goals; maintain tooling and equipment integrity; disposition suspect assemblies or components to Non-Conforming or assembly rework area; promote teamwork; communicate effectively with direct supervision across shifts; complete and document all paperwork; adhere to Emergency Evacuation guidelines for employee safety; participate in internal and company training programs (Dakkota Orientation, Vision and Culture, and Production System/process trainings); supports quality by following processes, identifying nonconformances, and initiating corrective actions; physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 8+ hours; familiarity with quality specifications and documentation in an automotive environment is a plus; good written and mathematical skills and strong communication and teamwork are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good written and mathematical skills
- Good communication and team working skills
- Possesses color and/or appearance testing approval where applicable
- Familiar with quality specifications and documentation in an automotive environment a plus
