Operator Production 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Operate production tooling and equipment to achieve production and quality goals, maintain tooling/equipment integrity, disposition non-conforming components, document all activities, and communicate with supervision across shifts. Follow Emergency Evacuation guidelines, promote teamwork, and complete all required paperwork in a quality-driven automotive production environment. Internal training and Dakkota production system processes support daily responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Good written and mathematical skills
- Good communication and team working skills
- Possesses color and/or appearance testing approval where applicable
- Familiar with quality specifications and documentation in an automotive environment a plus
