Job Summary
Operate assembly equipment to complete specified tasks, including PCB cleaning, baking, and manual assembly of circuit cards and mechanical hardware using torque tools. Prepare components for assembly, apply adhesives and conformal coatings, and perform prototype work under engineering control. Set up equipment, conduct process measurements, and execute machine maintenance as specified. Inspect and rework PCBs and components per established criteria while completing production documentation in the ERP system. Adhere to safety protocols, anti-static precautions, and housekeeping standards. Requires 2–3 years of assembly experience and knowledge of IPC standards. Onsite role in Carrigaline, IE.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of IPC7711/IPC7721 and IPC J-Standard and there application
- Proven track record of commitment to both quality and production goals
- Positive, flexible approach with good interpersonal skills
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience/knowledge of assembly functions
- Detail orientated
- Problem Solving capabilities
- Good Time Management
- Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
