Job Summary
Operate assigned mixing equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures while inspecting raw materials and equipment prior to start to ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Good Manufacturing Practices. Procure product specifications and formulas, request necessary ingredients, and document all production records, deviations, and changes in real-time. Maintain a clean, organized work environment and communicate with the Die Cut Operator regarding dough performance. Report any unsafe acts, equipment issues, or unresolvable problems to immediate supervision or upper management. Ensure all required documentation for production records is completed accurately.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Food manufacturing experience (1 to 2 yrs.)
- Strong math skills
- Speak, read, and write English
- Basic computer skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to document and measure results
- Teamwork building skills
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Ability to follow procedures
