Job Summary
Operator responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to produce metal components according to company and customer specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate and troubleshoot machine
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work in hot, noisy, and industrial environments
- Availability to work flexible hours or shifts as needed
