Job Summary
Produce and assemble surgical instruments following work instructions while setting up and monitoring production equipment. Resolve minor malfunctions, operate machinery, and identify product deviations or bottlenecks to take immediate action. Provide input to engineers for process development and assurance using production knowledge. This role supports Medtronic Articulated Technologies in developing innovative medical technologies for over 72 million patients annually. Day shifts are offered with a competitive salary range of 33,200.00 EUR to 49,800.00 EUR in the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant education (preferably MBO level 2-3) in the field of (precision) instrument maker or similar
- Experience in a production environment
- Affinity for precision mechanics
- Proficiency in Dutch
- English preferred
