Job Summary
Machine Operator on Rich’s Great Kitchens line responsible for molding ice cream cakes, preparing casting materials, and setting up workstations. Ensures equipment runs safely and efficiently to meet food safety and quality standards, assists the Lead with supervising the molding process, and complies with GMP and safety practices. Requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of machine operator experience, basic computer skills, punctuality, reliability, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication; bilingual is a plus.
