Job Summary

Operate Tube Filling lines including Nordenmatic, Unipac, and Axomatic, and manage Simplex & Kalix production equipment per SOPs and cGMP guidelines. Ensure safety measures are active, stop the line for safety or quality violations, and oversee assembly lines to monitor quality and quantity. Perform cleaning, sanitization, and troubleshooting of fillers while managing change-overs and supplying production materials. Conduct ongoing inspections, maintain necessary paperwork, and collaborate with mechanics to minimize line downtime. Palletize product as required and attend departmental meetings for training. Requires high school diploma, three years of field experience, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the field or related area
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office computer knowledge
  • Must communicate effectively using Basic English communication and written skills
  • Ability to actively communicate with supervision regarding machine difficulties when required
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, oversee the operation of multiple machines on assigned line
  • Able to perform complicated machine operation tasks with minimal supervision
  • Has basic working knowledge and understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
  • Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Occasionally required to stand for prolonged periods of time exceeding 1 hour
  • Occasionally required to walk
  • Occasionally required to use hands to handle objects
