• •Minimum 3 years' experience in the field or related area
• •Basic mathematical skills

• •Must communicate effectively using Basic English communication and written skills
• •Ability to actively communicate with supervision regarding machine difficulties when required
• •Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, oversee the operation of multiple machines on assigned line
• •Able to perform complicated machine operation tasks with minimal supervision
• •Has basic working knowledge and understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field
• •Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• •Occasionally required to stand for prolonged periods of time exceeding 1 hour
• •Occasionally required to walk
• •Occasionally required to use hands to handle objects
• •Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
• •Occasionally required to lift packages up to and exceeding 25 lbs

• •Responsible for operating Simplex & Kalix production equipment in accordance with established SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
• •Responsible for cleaning and sanitization of assigned filling lines
• •Responsible for troubleshooting and minimal change-over of such fillers
• •Responsible for overseeing Assembly lines to monitor quality and quantity
• •Responsible for the supply of production materials to the line to avoid interruption
• •Responsible for performing ongoing inspections of in process production to ensure machines are properly working to maximum efficiency
• •Responsible for assessing and identifying any machine performance or safety issues and seeking mechanical help for proper resolution through inspections, tests, and adjustments to meet standards of machine performance
• •Responsible for maintaining all necessary production and quality paperwork to ensure proper documentation of the line activity
• •Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work environment in and around the packaging line
• •Responsible for performing daily housekeeping maintenance of equipment to minimize possible contamination
• •Responsible for working with line mechanics to ensure minimal line down time for mechanical difficulties
• •Responsible for collecting data regarding line speeds
• •Responsible for writing pallet tickets when required
• •Responsible for overseeing line crew if necessary
• •Responsible for palletizing line product when required
• •Responsible for ensuring all Quality specifications and/or Quality tests outlined are being followed
