Job Summary
Work with a small construction team to install, repair, or replace overhead and underground communication lines. Read work site drawings, assemble materials required to complete work tasks, operate and assist with construction equipment, and perform duties aloft using bucket truck or ladders while maintaining safety procedures. Willingness to work overtime, after-hours, weekends, holidays, and be available for emergency call outs; observes all safety standards and ensures compliance with prescribed operating and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Associate's/Technical Degree preferred
- 1 year of Construction experience required
- 1 year of Telecommunications experience required
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Work Zone Traffic Certification
- Working aloft and confined space training
- Ability to read work site drawings and assemble materials
