Job Summary
The Operator - Level 3 at IKO Industries Ltd. will be responsible for running the production line, operating machinery, and ensuring that raw materials are properly fed through the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include resolving line stoppages, clearing equipment jams, and conducting quality checks on raw materials and finished products. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, proficiency in forklift operation, and the ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working at heights.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in heavy-industrial manufacturing or construction industry preferred
- Minimum 1 year of proven forklift operating experience preferred
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds on a routine basis
- Fluent in English - Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Able to walk and/or stand 90% of the shift
- Able to work at heights and in confined spaces
