Job Summary
Lead and train production-line team on the full range of operations, ensure safe conditions and product quality within specifications, troubleshoot machinery to minimize downtime, coordinate with maintenance for technical support, oversee line changeovers, and support daily production targets while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of machinery and production equipment
- Strong oral communication skills
- Proven ability to lead a team and train others effectively
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well within a team
- Results-oriented with a proactive, driven work style
- Excellent problem-solving skills related to machinery and process troubleshooting
- Attention to detail with ability to understand technical and mechanical tasks
- Ability to identify operational or maintenance issues and take corrective action
- Experience in performing quality control checks, maintaining accurate records, and reporting concerns to supervisors
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must wear all required PPE at all times
- Steel-toe boots are required
