Job Summary
Kitchen operator will operate hot pans and manage all aspects of the kitchen cooking process per customer formulas; includes daily prep, mixing sugar solutions, maintaining 5S and HACCP documentation, packaging products, and reporting efficiency and issues to supervisor. Requires standing, lifting, and ability to work weekends/overtime; must have HS diploma/GED and basic math/communication/computer skills; mechanical aptitude and English proficiency emphasized; environment is fast-paced with strict safety and cleanliness standards.
Required Qualifications

- Basic math skills

- ability to stand on a concrete floor for long period
- lifting up to 53 lbs
- Must be able to work weekends during peak season
- Must be willing to work extra hours on weekdays and weekends
