Job Summary
Kitchen operator will operate hot pans and manage the full cooking process, including daily prep, mixing and blending sugar solutions, and packaging items. Maintains 5S, follows SSOP and HACCP forms, documents efficiency and production reports, inspects equipment, reports problems, and ensures clean, organized work areas. Requires basic math, English communication, mechanical troubleshooting skills, and ability to stand for long periods; lifts up to 53 lbs; mandatory overtime and weekend work during peak season; uses PPE (hair net, bump cap, safety glasses, ear plugs, safety shoes, uniform).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent; associate degree preferred as stated in knowledge/skill requirements.
