Job Summary
Join the Plastic Injection Molding team at RPO as an Operator Inspector 1, where you will perform in-process inspections of molded lenses to ensure quality standards are met. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED and have at least one year of relevant manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of prior experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to identify cosmetic defects
- Skilled in safely removing, transporting, and packaging molded parts
- Competence in recording labor and production data into MES or similar systems
Desired Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Mechanically inclined and familiar with machine operations
- Experience with labor and production data recording systems
Additional Requirements
