Operator-In-Training - Senior Lead Operator

Conduct on-the-job training, complete an independent study program, and receive professional in-house mentoring as part of a three-year Operator-In-Training apprenticeship at the Greenbrier Water Treatment Plant. Perform daily operations at a facility providing environmental solutions 365 days a year, which may require working in varying weather conditions, on weekends, holidays, or during emergency situations. Starting salary is $41,736.24, with periodic raises based on benchmarks and performance, leading to full Operator positions upon graduation. Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license.
