Operator

Operator at Balranald site responsible for operating fixed and mobile plant in a 14 days on/14 days off roster. Tasks include regular plant inspections, check sheets, risk and hazard assessments, monitoring plant performance, operating in accordance with SOPs, loading reagents, sampling process streams, reporting production variances, and dewatering activities including downstream tailings injection infrastructure. The role emphasizes safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement, with opportunities for training and development; candidates should hold a C-class driver’s license and preferably experience with front-end-loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and EWP licensing. On-site local residence or FIFO options are available, with relocation assistance offered.
