Job Summary
Operate molding tools and equipment with minimal supervision, perform quality inspections and statistical quality checks, and support mold changes in a manufacturing facility. Adhere to GMP/GDP, SOPs, and proper documentation; troubleshoot medical device molds; conduct optical tool inspection, setup, targeting, line clearance, and changeover; manage solvent supply/disposal; collaborate across departments to maintain high production standards and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- Experience operating molding tools and equipment
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and SOPs
- Ability to follow work instructions and complete documentation
