Job Summary
Lead Operator on converting and finishing lines. Oversees setup, operation, and optimization of equipment; maintains quality and output; manages inline equipment (gluing, labeling, applicators, splicers, cutters); troubleshoots to minimize downtime; trains crew; maintains documentation; supports safety and continuous improvement; leads shift-to-shift communication; 12-hour day/night shifts with sign-on bonus up to $5,000. Requires strong equipment operation experience and leadership capability; HS diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience operating industrial or converting equipment
- Leadership or team-lead experience in a production environment
- Ability to troubleshoot machinery and optimize performance
- Understanding of web handling, tension controls, and inline equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
