Job Summary
Monitor process flow and operate equipment in the Fluid Bed Main Plant using Honeywell computer systems. Troubleshoot process control issues while performing necessary analytical tests and mathematical computations. Adhere strictly to safety policies, operating procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Communicate with supervision and workers to ensure proper information flow and maintain a clean work area supporting sanitation guidelines. Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds repeatedly, climb ladders up to 60 feet, and work a 12-hour rotating shift.
Required Qualifications
- Lift materials up to 50 pounds
- Lift material up to 50 pounds repetitively
- Push/pull material and/or adjust equipment up to 50 pounds
- Use hands to twist, grip, turn repetitively
- Climb in to and out of forklift
- Climb ladders up to 60 feet high
- Climb stairs up to 12 flights
- Work in a sitting position
- Typing using a keyboard up to 8 hours a day
- Work a 12-hour rotating shift
