Operator III, Digital Imaging - 2nd Shift

Digital Imaging Operator III on 2nd shift responsible for producing variable and static digital printed pieces using the Xerox iGen, HP Indigo, Autobond, and Scodix presses. Responsibilities include logging into the batching system, reviewing job orders for quantities, run times, stock specs, and colors; setting up equipment to specifications and running jobs; monitoring machine performance (speed, temperature, ink flow, positioning); inspecting print quality and color accuracy; troubleshooting equipment issues and notifying supervision; performing maintenance and ensuring a safe, hazard-free work area; adhering to safety rules and PPE requirements; providing training to new hires/transfers as needed; completing required paperwork and maintaining general housekeeping; and participating in department meetings. Required qualifications include Xerox iGen Operator certification, 6 months to 1 year of HP Indigo experience, and proficient computer skills. The role emphasizes problem-solving, time management, attention to detail, and strong communication in English, with a focus on meeting deadlines and producing high-quality printed products.
