Job Summary
Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently, performing mold, insert, and color changes while monitoring resin, dryer, and material handling systems. Execute minor troubleshooting and programming on the line, assist with mechanical repairs, and conduct frequent quality checks against established standards. Complete preventative maintenance, file required documentation, and communicate processing information to shift supervisors and incoming teams. Perform assigned utility tasks during slow periods and assist in training new operators.
