Job Summary
Operator II in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment responsible for operating process equipment to produce pharmaceutical intermediates and finished products in compliance with SOPs, batch records, safety, and GMP. The role includes equipment cleaning and reset, accurate record-keeping, maintaining clean and safe operations, and contributing improvement ideas for processes and safety. The candidate should respond to deviations and anomalies with timely analysis and reporting, and continuously learn to enhance performance; English proficiency is preferred and shift work may be required in a global CDMO setting in Nantong, China.
Required Qualifications
- 高中以上学历(优先化工背景)
- 1年以上化工厂或制药企业工作经验
- 具备遵守SOP、批记录、安全和GMP等规定的能力
- 能在他人支持下操作生产设备与系统
- 能够进行设备清洗和重置
- 具备良好的记录习惯,按GMP要求如实规范地记录
- 具备团队协作和车间维护清洁的积极态度
- 能够提出工艺与安全改进建议并及时报告潜在隐患
- 对生产过程中的偏差与异常进行分析、处理及汇报
- 愿意进行轮班工作
