Job Summary
Execute production schedules across multiple areas while operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to meet quality, safety, and delivery standards. Complete process checks, handle ingredients, and ensure finished product traceability by adhering to allergen control and cleaning procedures. Train and mentor Operator I personnel, assist in root cause investigations for production issues, and take corrective action on food safety deficiencies. Serve as backup for Operator I and participate in mandatory training programs. Work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of production experience in food manufacturing
- Machine operator experience
- Intermediate HMI experience
- Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and leadership
- Ability to work cross-functionally, convey equipment issues, and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and multitask
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, quality driven, and capable of working independently with little supervision
- Willingness to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays based on business need
