Job Summary
Operator II in the Phaco Secondaries production team responsible for handling complex manual/operational tasks, including equipment setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Duties include managing resources and schedules to meet specifications, moving and sorting raw materials or finished goods, monitoring output quality, maintaining daily production records, and adhering to GxP and SOPs to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Role requires technical problem-solving, collaboration with teammates, and shift work on the 2:30 PM–10:30 PM EST second shift, onsite in Sinking Spring, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (as part of the role requirements)

- Previous machine operator experience is highly preferred
