Job Summary
Monitor production targets and maintain efficiency standards within the Expanded Tobacco Center while managing material usage and reporting. Troubleshoot disruptions in production and logistics processes, optimize installations and workflows, and ensure strict adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures. Contribute to Lean and Open+ initiatives by identifying losses and driving continuous improvement projects. Work in a five-shift system, maintaining flexibility between day shifts and rotating shifts to support operational stability and project initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma Vapro B of C richting Procestechniek
- Werkervaring in een proces-technische industriële omgeving
- Beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Flexibiliteit qua werktijden en bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken
- Resultaatgericht zijn, gedisciplineerd zijn en een teamspeler zijn
- Analytisch zijn en kwaliteitsgericht zijn
- In de eerste fase flexibel inzetbaar tussen dagdienst en 5-ploegen
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met of interesse in Lean-concepten zoals Open+, 5S, value stream mapping en continu verbeteren
- Ervaring in een sterk gereguleerde omgeving zoals levensmiddelen- of farmaceutische industrie
