Job Summary
Operator II, MNF (2nd Shift) at Baxter in Skaneateles, NY responsible for basic visual and in-process testing to ensure high quality, rotating among stations to support cross-training, interpreting blueprints/diagrams/process sheets to determine set-up procedures, handling basic chemicals and simple machinery for component preparation, assisting higher-level Assemblers, diagnosing discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory of completed work, and packaging components for shipment. Requires reading, writing, and basic math skills, mechanical dexterity, ability to lift 40 lbs, teamwork, and a positive, cooperative attitude in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 1 year (minimum) of successful experience in assembly/related functional area is preferred
