Operator II, Manufacturing

Conduct production tasks according to standard drawings, procedures, and operational guidelines while maintaining strict adherence to company EHS protocols and 5S management standards. Execute assembly and testing for key processes, troubleshoot daily issues, and complete assigned production targets with a focus on quality. Participate in PPI improvement initiatives through suggestion cards and JDI, collaborate on team efforts, and support overtime as business needs require. Requires a secondary school diploma or higher with 2+ years of factory experience; instrumental industry background preferred.
