Conduct daily operations at the Main Plant curd line, monitoring production metrics and ensuring quality standards are met. Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and execute shift handover procedures. Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental compliance guidelines throughout the 12-hour rotating shift. This role supports IFF's global strategy in delivering sustainable flavor and food ingredient innovations.
