Operator II - Blow Mold Operator

Job Summary
Operate plastic blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment to produce containers safely and efficiently, performing mold, insert, and color changes while monitoring resin, dryer, and material handling systems. Execute minor troubleshooting and programming on the line, assist with mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance, and verify material usage per standards. Conduct frequent quality checks against established GMP policies, complete required documentation, and communicate processing information to shift supervisors and incoming teams. Perform assigned utility tasks during slow periods and assist in training new operators.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years in manufacturing
- Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance
- Computer usage and typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

- Must be able to work from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm (day shift) or 6:00 pm - 6:30 am (night shift)
