Job Summary
Operate blow molding production processes in a Food Certified GMP/GDP environment; ensure clean, organized, and compliant workflow; manage hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly checklists; train or ensure training for Blow Molding operators; monitor conveyors, baggers, and material flow; coordinate shift handoffs and communicate with setup techs, engineers, and QA to uphold press uptime, minimize scrap, and maintain print quality; maintain cross-department collaboration and document control in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years in manufacturing environment required
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in GMP/GPD environment preferred
- High sense of urgency
- Level headed communication and real time decision making skills
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multiple internal departments at all levels of authority
- Ability to effectively and efficiently balance competing priorities
- Plastics manufacturing a plus
- Entegris Certification
- Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 pounds
