Job Summary
The Operator II assembles and sub-assembles within a production environment following a lean manufacturing process while achieving daily build goals. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting production documents, performing quality inspections, maintaining material control, and utilizing hand tools for assembly. Candidates should have good mechanical aptitude and the ability to work under supervision. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Good hand-eye skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work with close supervision when in training and then with moderate supervision once competent
- Ability to interpret and understand production documents and drawings to complete tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Electronic assembly experience preferred
- Working knowledge of GMP and ISO Standards preferred
- Basic computer skill knowledge
