Job Summary
Conduct water treatment operations by laying and picking up poly line, running transfer pumps, and performing essential equipment maintenance. Monitor machine operations, gauges, and controls to maintain specified conditions while adjusting chemical dosing for produced water based on quality and customer demands. Service pumps and generators at job sites, load and unload materials onto trailers, and drive trucks to transport equipment and personnel. Complete daily reports, attend required safety training, and communicate with workers and customers using radios and telephones. Work in outside weather conditions near moving mechanical parts, lifting up to 50 lbs, with no travel required.
Required Qualifications
- One year of water treatment experience and/or equivalent training
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented due to the necessity of safety
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to thrive in a team environment
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote effective local, state, or national security operations for the protection of people, data, property, and institutions
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of basic oil field chemistry is a major plus
- Experience in energy industry a plus
