Job Summary
Operate automated and manual packaging line equipment, including manual case labeling, visual inspections, bundling, and cartoning. Maintain production areas to prevent cross-contamination by performing line clearances and cleaning packaging lines after each run. Document all activities and operations correctly in batch records while tracking OEE metrics. Support operational excellence and EHS initiatives by ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO, and safety standards. Participate in OpEx improvement initiatives focused on reducing costs and enhancing efficiency. Complete required training on SOPs, EHS, and HR protocols, and assume responsibility for line clearance, serialization, and LOTO procedures. Work a swing shift from Tuesday to Friday, 10:30am to 9:00pm, starting at $17.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Able to work quickly and under pressure.
- Good documentation and math skills.
- Detail oriented and quality conscious.
- Good team oriented and excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
