Job Summary
Operate laser machines on components using work instructions and verbal direction while verifying system conditions and inspecting parts for specification compliance. Enter required data, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow supervisor directives regarding Resonetics policies and safe labor practices. Participate in team environments and provide training on production processes or equipment usage as requested. Perform simple to medium complexity tasks aligned with customer-specific process requirements. This role is scheduled for 2nd shift (Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm) at Resonetics.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to comprehend documentation requirements
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with automated or manual inspection equipment
- Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing
- Use of optical inspection equipment. This may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity
- Good dexterity as many jobs require the handling of many small components
- The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $19.50-20.00/hr
