Job Summary
Operator I负责按生产线工艺要求进行装配工作,遵守GMP与安全标准,听从线长安排,必要时配合加班,熟练使用常规装配工具与检测仪器并确保按时交货。具备装配生产线经验,具备ESD防护意识,能够发现并上报质量问题,实施互检并参与多技能培训与PPI持续改进活动。
Required Qualifications
- 两年以上装配生产线工作经验
- 具备机电、机械、电子类工作经验优先
- 熟悉ESD静电防护
- 会使用力矩螺丝刀等基本技能
- 能够看懂作业指导书并严格执行工艺文件要求
