Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator will identify, prioritize, and simultaneously accomplish multiple tasks in a hands-on role. Perform repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies such as modules, boards and panels, following process flows and standard work instructions. Use hand tools and soldering to assemble parts, test products, record test data, and collaborate effectively within a team. Maintain a safe manufacturing environment, adhere to PPE and safety guidelines, and operate various equipment and computers to test and document results.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of Work Experience
- Ability to use hand tools, soldering iron, other industrial tools
- Able to follow instructions and production schedules
- Adaptable and able to act quickly when problems arise
- Attention to detail
- Good coordination, motor skills and dexterity
- Ability to stand for upwards of 12 hours a day; lift, carry, move packages and materials up-to-50 lbs on a regular basis
