Job Summary
Operator I will perform daily Manufacturing Self Check (MSC), pick lots from shelf with a picking list, conduct physical lot splitting and verify quantities and customer labels for compliance, execute pick/pack transactions in the system, pack physical lots into inner and outer boxes, ensure packing documentation and labeling are correct, operate packing equipment, report any discrepancies, move lots to the next process, and participate in cross-training activities as part of the Employee Development Ladder (EDL). Adherence to PDW SOPs and supervision directives, with ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool graduate or college level
- 1 year of experience in a semiconductor logistics warehouse/shipping is advantageous
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Basic knowledge of computer operation and MS Office
- Team player
- Positive work and personal attitude
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Travel: 0%-25%
