Job Summary
Operator I at Dentsply Sirona oversees safe assembly of finished products from components and sub-assemblies, maintains accurate inventory and production documentation, operates tools and machines, adheres to SOPs and safety requirements, and collaborates in a team environment to meet production and quality goals. The role includes basic calibration/testing of products, cross-training across departments, and assisting with training of new employees, with emphasis on inventory accuracy, reporting, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to operate power and hand tools
- Follow SOPs and safety policies
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic for production reporting
- Ability to maintain accurate documentation and inventory
- Teamwork and ability to work independently as needed
- Cross-train and rotate between areas
- Meet production output goals
- Assist with training new employees as needed
